Ingredients
  

Batter
  • 4 eggs separated
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk lukewarm

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Mix yolks, sugar, butter, and vanilla.
  4. Add flour and milk to form thin batter.
  5. Fold in egg whites gently.
  6. Bake 45–50 minutes and cool completely.

Notes

Batter will be thin—this is normal for magic cake.
