Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix peanut butter, sugar-free sweetener, and egg in a bowl until smooth.
- Roll dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Press with fork to create crisscross pattern.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not overbake. Cookies firm up as they cool.
