  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg large

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in almond flour and egg until dough forms.
  4. Roll dough between parchment sheets into a thin crust.
  5. Bake crust until lightly golden, then add toppings and bake again.

Best rolled thin and pre-baked for crisp texture.
