4-Ingredient Mini Pizzas
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 slices pepperoni or favorite toppings

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough into small 3–4 inch circles.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each dough circle.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices on top.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Customize toppings to taste — mushrooms, olives, or pineapple all work great.
