Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti, rice noodles, or ramen)
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp warm water to thin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes or sriracha (optional)
  • chopped green onions, sesame seeds, crushed peanuts for garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Boil noodles according to package directions.
  2. Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add water to thin.
  3. Drain noodles and toss with sauce while still hot.
  4. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and crushed peanuts before serving.

Notes

Add chili oil for extra flavor or toss in shredded veggies for a balanced meal.
