Ingredients
  

Bang Bang Salmon Bites
  • 1.5 lbs fresh salmon, cubed
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tsp sriracha to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • green onions, for garnish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat salmon cubes dry. Toss with cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oil.
  3. Arrange in a single layer and air fry 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
  5. Toss salmon in sauce or drizzle over top.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve.

Notes

Add extra sriracha for heat or honey for sweetness. Best served fresh for maximum crispiness.
