Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat salmon cubes dry. Toss with cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oil.
- Arrange in a single layer and air fry 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
- Toss salmon in sauce or drizzle over top.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
Add extra sriracha for heat or honey for sweetness. Best served fresh for maximum crispiness.
