Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb lean beef top round or eye of round
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Slice beef thinly and prepare marinade.
  2. Marinate beef for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Pat beef dry and preheat air fryer to 180°F.
  4. Arrange beef in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 1½–2 hours, flipping every 30 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before storing.
