  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Season chicken with spices and olive oil.
  3. Toss vegetables with oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Place chicken and vegetables in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook 16–18 minutes, flipping chicken halfway.
  6. Rest chicken, slice, and serve with parsley.
