Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and brush with olive oil.
  3. Mix seasonings and rub evenly over chicken.
  4. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8 minutes, flip, then cook another 6–8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest chicken for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
