Ingredients
  

Pickles
  • 2 cups pickle chips patted dry
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 0.75 cup breadcrumbs seasoned or panko
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat pickles dry with paper towels.
  3. Prepare flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Dredge pickles in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  5. Place in a single layer in air fryer basket.
  6. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
