Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb steak sirloin, ribeye, or strip
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat steak cubes dry and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Arrange steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until desired doneness.
  5. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Toss cooked steak bites with garlic butter and parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
