Ingredients
  

Pizza Bombs
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough rounds.
  3. Fill center with cheese, pepperoni, and sauce.
  4. Seal dough completely into balls.
  5. Brush with olive oil and season.
  6. Air fry until golden and cooked through.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Do not overfill to prevent leaking. Cubed cheese works best.
