Method
- Wash and trim the radishes, then pat them dry thoroughly.
- Slice radishes into 1/8-inch thick rounds using a mandoline or knife.
- Toss radish slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
- Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
