Ingredients
  

Radish Chips
  • 2 cups fresh radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh parsley, for garnish optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Mandoline slicer or sharp knife
  • Air fryer
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Wash and trim the radishes, then pat them dry thoroughly.
  2. Slice radishes into 1/8-inch thick rounds using a mandoline or knife.
  3. Toss radish slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
  7. Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

These chips are best enjoyed fresh for maximum crunch.
