Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked salmon flaked
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.33 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, herbs, and spices.
  2. Form mixture into patties.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F and spray basket.
  4. Place patties in basket and spray tops lightly.
  5. Cook 8 minutes, flip, then cook 5–7 minutes until golden.
  6. Rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the basket for best crisping.
