- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Brush mixture evenly over tortillas.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over tortillas if using.
- Cut tortillas into wedges.
- Place wedges in a single layer in air fryer basket.
- Air fry 5–8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with optional fresh parsley.
