Ingredients
  

Pasta Bake
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Equipment

  • Large saucepan
  • Baking dish
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini until al dente and drain.
  2. Make Alfredo sauce with butter, garlic, cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan.
  3. Toss tortellini with sauce and transfer to baking dish.
  4. Top with mozzarella and bake until bubbly and golden.

Add chicken, spinach, or mushrooms for easy variations.
