- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt; alternate with milk into batter.
- Layer batter, apples, and cinnamon sugar; swirl gently.
- Bake 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, then drizzle with vanilla glaze.
