- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Place cubed bread into the prepared baking dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Stir in chopped apple pie filling.
- Pour custard mixture evenly over bread and press lightly.
- Let sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool 10 minutes before serving.
