Ingredients
  

Apple Filling
  • 1.5 cups diced apples
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
Cheesecake Filling
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Cookie Dough
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Prepare apple filling and cool completely.
  2. Freeze small portions of cheesecake filling.
  3. Cream butter and sugars, then add egg and vanilla.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  5. Stuff cookie dough with cheesecake and apple filling.
  6. Bake until lightly golden and set.

Notes

Best enjoyed slightly warm for a creamy center.
