- Boil eggs and cool completely before peeling.
- Slice eggs and remove yolks.
- Mash yolks with avocado until smooth.
- Stir in lime juice, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill egg whites with mixture and garnish.
Notes
Best served fresh due to avocado oxidation. Add extra lime juice if preparing ahead.
