Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos (10–11 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or mix with Monterey Jack
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional) for serving
  • 1/2 cup salsa or pico de gallo (optional) for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread half of the Doritos in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese and crumbled bacon over the chips.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining Doritos, cheese, and bacon.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chives, and serve hot with sour cream or salsa.

Notes

Best served immediately while hot and cheesy. Experiment with different Doritos flavors for variety.
