Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 12 egg roll wrappers

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and seasonings.
  2. Fill and roll egg roll wrappers, sealing edges with water.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.

Notes

Best served hot and crispy with dipping sauce.
