- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and spread over chicken.
- Top with shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with green onions, and serve.
