- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil until lightly golden.
- Mix cream cheese and ranch seasoning in a bowl until smooth. Spread over chicken.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Add cooked bacon and bake 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
