  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil until lightly golden.
  3. Mix cream cheese and ranch seasoning in a bowl until smooth. Spread over chicken.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Add cooked bacon and bake 5 more minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
