Ingredients
  

Baked Tilapia
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 lemon zest zest of one lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place tilapia in baking dish and pour mixture over fillets.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices.

Notes

Do not overcook the fish—tilapia cooks quickly. Add more lemon for extra brightness.
