Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place tilapia in baking dish and pour mixture over fillets.
- Bake 12–15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices.
Notes
Do not overcook the fish—tilapia cooks quickly. Add more lemon for extra brightness.
