Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small oven-safe bowl.
- Blend oats into flour if needed.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and pour into bowl.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly, top as desired, and serve.
Notes
Do not overbake. Texture will continue setting as it cools.
