Chicken
  • 2 lb chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken in egg and cornstarch mixture and brown lightly.
  2. Combine chicken, vegetables, and pineapple in baking dish.
  3. Whisk sauce ingredients and pour over chicken.
  4. Bake until sauce is thick and chicken is cooked through.
