- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners.
- Mash bananas in a bowl. Stir in melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
- Make streusel by mixing flour, sugars, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle streusel over muffins and top with extra chocolate chips.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly before serving. Store leftovers in airtight container.
