Banana Cake
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter softened
Cheesecake Layer
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter spread
Pudding Frosting
  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs

Method
 

  1. Bake banana cake layers and cool completely.
  2. Bake cookie butter cheesecake layer and chill.
  3. Prepare banana pudding frosting.
