Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
Assembly
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded

Method
 

  1. Bread and fry chicken until golden.
