Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breasts cut into slider-sized pieces
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups lettuce shredded
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip chicken into beaten eggs, then coat with flour-breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Fry chicken in hot oil (350°F/175°C) until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make bang bang sauce.
  6. Toast slider buns lightly. Assemble with lettuce, crispy chicken, and drizzle with sauce.
  7. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

You can bake or air-fry the chicken instead of frying for a lighter version.
