- Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne in a shallow dish.
- Dip chicken into beaten eggs, then coat with flour-breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry chicken in hot oil (350°F/175°C) until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make bang bang sauce.
- Toast slider buns lightly. Assemble with lettuce, crispy chicken, and drizzle with sauce.
- Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
You can bake or air-fry the chicken instead of frying for a lighter version.
