Ingredients
  

BBQ Chicken
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch of salt
Coleslaw
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp celery seed optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • fresh parsley optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Toss with coleslaw mix.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and fill with BBQ chicken.
  4. Add a scoop of coleslaw on top.
  5. Roll tightly into wraps and slice in half before serving.

Notes

Great for meal prep or quick lunches. Add cheese for extra richness.
