- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine chicken, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Heat until warm and coated.
- In a bowl, whisk mayo, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add cabbage and carrot. Toss well.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking tray.
- Spread BBQ chicken evenly across the buns and top with coleslaw.
- Place bun tops, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake 10–12 minutes until warm and lightly toasted.
- Slice and serve with extra coleslaw or pickles.
