Method
- Marinate sliced beef with 1 tablespoon cornstarch and a splash of soy sauce.
- Whisk all sauce ingredients together until smooth.
- Cook broccoli 3 minutes until bright green; remove and set aside.
- Sear beef in hot oil 1–2 minutes per side.
- Add broccoli back to the skillet.
- Pour sauce over beef and broccoli and cook until thick and glossy.
Notes
Slice beef thinly and against the grain for tenderness.
