Cake Batter
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.75 cup biscoff spread
  • 1 cup crushed biscoff cookies

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cake pans.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs, vanilla, and Biscoff spread.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk.
  5. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.

Notes

Warm Biscoff spread slightly for easy drizzling.
