- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cake pans.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs, vanilla, and Biscoff spread.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk.
- Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
Notes
Warm Biscoff spread slightly for easy drizzling.
