Method
- Combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar; let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt; add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture. Form soft dough.
- Knead dough 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rise 1–2 hours.
- Roll dough into rectangle 16x12 inches.
- Spread butter, then cinnamon, brown sugar, and Biscoff over dough.
- Roll tightly, slice into 12 rolls, place in greased dish, let rise 30–45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze; drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
Prepare dough ahead and refrigerate. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff on top for extra crunch.
