- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and almond extract.
- Mix in blue food coloring until vibrant.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, and crushed Oreos.
- Scoop dough balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Press Oreo halves and candy eyes onto warm cookies to decorate.
- Cool briefly on sheets, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Decorate cookies while warm so eyes and Oreos stick firmly. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
