- Simmer lavender in 1/2 cup water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Muddle blueberries and basil in a glass.
- Add lemon juice, maple syrup, and lavender infusion.
- Fill glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently, garnish, and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not over-steep lavender to prevent bitterness.
