Ingredients
  

Mocktail Base
  • 0.5 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender
  • 6-8 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or simple syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • ice cubes as needed

Equipment

  • Strainer
  • Muddler

Method
 

  1. Simmer lavender in 1/2 cup water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. Muddle blueberries and basil in a glass.
  3. Add lemon juice, maple syrup, and lavender infusion.
  4. Fill glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
  5. Stir gently, garnish, and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not over-steep lavender to prevent bitterness.
