Cookie Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup blueberries fresh or dried

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and blueberries.
  7. Scoop dough and bake until lightly golden.

Notes

Do not overmix to keep cookies tender.
