Ingredients
  

Boursin Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 5.2 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden; set aside.
  3. Sauté mushrooms in butter until browned.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth to deglaze skillet.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Boursin cheese until melted.
  7. Add Italian seasoning and paprika.
  8. Return chicken to skillet and simmer 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve.
