  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Stir in milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Add extra milk before serving if oats are too thick.
