  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup tomatoes finely diced
  • 2 tbsp basil chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix cheeses, garlic, and seasoning until smooth.
  2. Shape into a ball and chill until firm.
  3. Roll in tomato and basil mixture before serving.
