  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • chopped parsley (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers in olive oil until tender.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add beef broth and milk, then bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Toss in cooked pasta, mixing well to coat in sauce.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
