Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar. Let foam 5–10 minutes.
- Mix melted butter, egg, remaining sugar, salt, and flour to form dough. Knead and let rise 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, spread butter, and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar filling.
- Roll tightly, slice into 12 rolls.
- Mix topping ingredients in a baking dish and place rolls on top. Let rise 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden. Invert onto platter.
