- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers for 3–4 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook 30 seconds to release aroma.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 7 minutes.
- Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and chicken broth.
- Simmer 10–15 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Toast buns and assemble sandwiches with desired toppings.
Notes
For extra heat, add hot sauce or crushed red pepper flakes to the mixture.
