Ingredients
  

Pasta & Steak
  • 1 lb steak tips cut bite-sized
  • 8 oz rigatoni
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Cheesy Parmesan Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne optional
  • 1 tbsp flour optional for thickening
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook rigatoni and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Sear steak tips until browned and cooked to preference.
  4. Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream, broth, and spices; bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan; thicken with flour if needed.
  7. Combine pasta and steak with sauce; toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with parsley and parmesan; serve hot.

Notes

Use ribeye for extra-tender steak tips and freshly grate parmesan for best melting.
