  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup apples finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce for topping

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  4. Fold in chopped apples.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl and drizzle with caramel sauce.
