Method
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into cup bottoms to form crust.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over crust.
- Cook diced apples with butter, cinnamon, lemon juice, and brown sugar until tender. Let cool slightly.
- Spoon apples over cheesecake layer.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with extra crumbs.
- Chill at least 30 minutes or serve immediately.
Notes
Best served chilled. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days. Add extra caramel before serving if desired.
