- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into muffin tin, filling 2/3 full. Press down slightly in the center.
- Bake 10–12 minutes. Press centers with spoon to form cups. Cool completely.
- Pipe green frosting into cups. Add candy eyes, sprinkles, and toppings.
- Break pretzels and insert as cauldron handles.
