Chai Drink
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 black tea bag
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cardamom pods crushed
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 slice fresh ginger
  • 1 star anise optional
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey

Method
 

  1. Combine coconut milk and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add spices and bring to a gentle simmer.
